Parchment Craft for Beginners

Parchment Craft, is the art of embellishing and decorating parchment paper through the use of techniques such as: embossing, perforating, cutting and coloring.  Parchment paper is a translucent paper of medium weight, and  images can easily be traced onto it for later embossing etc.
